NEW YORK, April 12, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- (NYSE: AIF) - Apollo Tactical Income Fund Inc. (the “Fund”) today announced the declaration of its distribution for the month of April 2024 of $0.144 per common share, payable on the date noted below.

The following dates apply to the declared distribution:

Ex-Date: April 22, 2024
Record Date: April 23, 2024
Payment Date: April 30, 2024
Per Share Amount: $0.144
