BLACKPINK's Rosé Is the Latest Celebrity to Embrace Skater Fashion

Move over — ahem, skate away — Bella Hadid. There's a new skater girl on our feeds: BLACKPINK's Rosé. The superstar singer posted a new photo carousel on Instagram showing off a new take on skater style, ditching her duties as the face of Saint Laurent for a bit of laid-back leisure on four wheels. The new snapshots show Rosé (real name: Roseanne Chae-young Park) wearing cream-colored sweatpants from Pangaia and a slew of cold-weather gear from Adidas, including a beanie, puffer hoodie, and sneakers.

Rosé, along with the rest of her BLACKPINK group members, have been ambassadors for the sportswear brand for a few seasons now, Teen Vogue notes, so it makes sense for her to get kitted out for a skate session. A fan page even identified her board, which comes from skateboard company NineOneSeven. She finished the look — which happened to have a golden-hour backdrop — with a face mask.

Rosé also stars in Tiffany & Co.'s new HardWare campaign alongside Lupita Nyong'o and Elle Fanning, adding one more impressive entry to her high-fashion résumé.

Fans are loving the range. Twitter users shared Rosé's skater pics and applauded her more relaxed style.

"There's something about Rosie wearing baggy clothes, beanie, sneakers with [a] skateboard," a BLINK tweeted. Another followed suit, writing, "Never knew I needed skater Rosie in my life."
