Chapman Tripp provides support for Genesis listing

Chapman Tripp has advised the Treasury on all aspects of Genesis Energy’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) and NZX and ASX listings. This is the final sale in the New Zealand Government’s Mixed Ownership Model (MOM) programme and Chapman Tripp is the only New Zealand firm to have played key roles in all four of the transactions.

The Genesis team was led by partner Stephen Lowe and senior associate Rachel Dunne and also included partners John Strowger, Geof Shirtcliffe and Josh Blackmore.
