Coca-Cola’s net sales slide, Cisco outshines, Netflix gets big movie

Here are the companies the Yahoo Finance team is watching today.

Some of the fizz is going out of Coca-Cola. The beverage giant is under pressure after delivering earnings and revenue that were roughly in-line with expectations, but net sales were down 6%. Still, Coke saw growth in water, sports drinks, tea and coffee.

It’s a different story at Cisco. The networking company beat estimates and the CEO says economic fears haven't hurt sales. In fact, Chuck Robbins says their product lineup is quote "the best it's been in years." He says Cisco equipment has become critical to a lot of companies' strategy going forward.

Netflix is getting its hands on one of the biggest movie projects of the year. Deadline says the planned follow-up to "Breaking Bad" will stream on Netflix first, before it airs on AMC. No comment from any of the producers. However, a film called “Greenbrier” was supposed to shoot in New Mexico through this month. It's not clear if Bryan Cranston, who played Walter White, will appear.
