KENNESAW, Ga. (AP) _ CryoLife Inc. (CRY) on Wednesday reported third-quarter net income of $1.6 million.

On a per-share basis, the Kennesaw, Georgia-based company said it had profit of 4 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 8 cents per share.

The biological medical device maker posted revenue of $64.6 million in the period.

CryoLife expects full-year earnings in the range of 30 cents to 33 cents per share, with revenue in the range of $261.5 million to $262.5 million.

CryoLife shares have risen 62 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $31.06, an increase of 60 percent in the last 12 months.
