Financial stocks lead higher, World Bank warning about trade crisis

Stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) are up despite continued trade turmoil. The consumer discretionary (XLF) sector is most in the green, and the utilities (XLU) sector is most in the red. Alan Valdes, director of floor operations at Silverbear Capital joins us live from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange to talk markets. To discuss the other big stories of the day, Yahoo Finance’s Seana Smith is joined by Myles Udland and Ethan Wolff-Mann.
