Inventronics Declares Dividend

CALGARY, Alberta, Sept. 27, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Inventronics Limited (“Inventronics” or the “Corporation”) (IVX:TSX Venture), a designer and manufacturer of enclosures for the telecommunications, cable, power distribution, energy and other industries in North America, today announces that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of Cdn$0.35 per common share to be paid in cash on November 4, 2022 to shareholders of record on October 14, 2022.

The dividend is designated as an “eligible dividend” for Canadian income tax purposes.
