Netflix's blowout quarter, Tesla's new deal with Musk, Morgan Stanley boost Nvidia

Let’s check out the Yahoo Finance charts of the day.

Netflix (NFLX): Shares are soaring to a new all-time high, up about 10% in early trading. In it’s latest earnings report, the video streaming service said it added 8.3 million new subscribers last quarter, crushing Wall Street’s expectations.

Tesla (TSLA): Shares are getting a boost in early trading, up about 1%. The news? The electric carmaker revealed CEO Elon Musk will not receive compensation of any kind, including salary and bonuses, unless Tesla hits certain pre-set milestones.

Nvidia (NVDA): Shares are up slightly, around 2%. The chipmaker is getting a boost after Morgan Stanley said it will benefit from continued mining of the digital currency ethereum, which requires the types of chips Nvidia makes.
