Stocks turn higher after Zuckerberg said to agree to testify before Congress

Stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) are choppy after a strong start. The utilities (XLU) sector is most in the green, and the real estate (XLRE) sector is most in the red. Matt Cheslock joins us live from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange to talk markets. To discuss the other big stories of the day, Yahoo Finance’s Seana Smith is joined by Melody Hahm, David Pogue and Rick Newman. Rick also talks to Yahoo Finance Chief Investigative Correspondent Michael Isikoff about his latest book, “Russian Roulette: The Inside Story of Putin’s War on America.”
