NANJING, China (AP) _ Tuniu Corp. (TOUR) on Wednesday reported a loss of $12 million in its second quarter.

The Nanjing, China-based company said it had a loss of 9 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 2 cents per share.

The online travel company posted revenue of $79.4 million in the period.

Tuniu shares have climbed 6.5 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 15 percent in the last 12 months.
