Vaso Corporation ("Vaso," or "the Company"), a diversified medical technology company currently trading on the OTCQX market, today announced its plan to uplist from the OTCQX market to the Nasdaq Stock Market via a business combination (the "Transaction") with Achari Ventures Holdings Corp. I ("Achari", NASDAQ:AVHI). Upon the closing of the Transaction, Vaso common stock and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq Capital Market ("Nasdaq") under the ticker symbols "VASO" and "VASOW", respec
