The company operates pharmacies, as well as provides dental and pharmacy delivery services. Cano Health, Inc. was founded in 2009 and is headquartered in Miami, Florida. On February 4, 2024, Cano Health, Inc., along with its affiliates, filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
