It's the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and that means people across the U.S. are looking forward to a day off on Thursday and a weekend shopping frenzy for the remainder of their time off. Many traditional retailers have been under a lot of pressure this week, but in the e-commerce world, things have never looked better for some companies.
