Morgan Stanley' Brian Nowak and his team take a look at internet stocks on Friday in the wake of the new tax bill, writing that eBay (EBAY) and Priceline (PCLN) may be the best positioned to return cash to shareholders. As Nowak writes, this could mean implied tax rates above 15.5% for the "liquid earnings that firms can actually bring back to the US."
