Buy market dips, don't 'run from' them -strategist

Stovall added that a positive January for stocks bodes well in an election year.
"Every election year since World War II that started with a positive January was higher for the entire year, with the average return being more than 15.5%. So I think that while a near near-term digestion of gains is not out of the question, I think that weakness probably should be bought rather than run from."
